Rajaram Surianarayanan, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. For any question, request or grievance about your data, write to tj.rajaram@gmail.com with the subject line "Personal data request".

I do not use your data for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and I do not sell or share it with anyone for their own use. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
I process the data you submit through the contact form on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you send the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the email above. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and it does not affect anything done before you withdrew. After you withdraw, I will stop processing your data and erase it, unless a law requires me to keep it.
I use a small number of service providers, who process data only on my behalf:
These providers may store data on servers outside India. Such transfers are made only to countries the Central Government has not restricted under Section 16 of the Act.
I keep enquiry data for up to 12 months from our last contact, and then erase it. If the enquiry leads to an engagement, I keep the records needed for that engagement for as long as tax and professional record-keeping laws require.
The website runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to me and protected by two-factor authentication on the accounts that hold it. If a personal data breach occurs, I will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the Act and Rules require.
To exercise any right, write to tj.rajaram@gmail.com. I may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
This website is meant for adults and organisations. I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent me their data, write to me and I will erase it.
If I change this notice, I will update the effective date above. Significant changes affecting data you have already shared will be communicated to you by email.
